Seth LeMaster is an associate at Greenfield Stein & Senior, LLP, specializing in trusts and estates litigation. Mr. LeMaster ‘s practice primarily focuses on wills and trusts contests, contested accountings, executor and trustee removals, and other proceedings challenging the actions of fiduciaries.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. LeMaster was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he focused on international litigation and arbitration, including international disputes concerning contested trusts.

Mr. LeMaster graduated from New York Law School, summa cum laude, in 2019, and served as a staff editor for the New York Law School Law Review. While in law school, Mr. LeMaster interned for Justice Robert J. Miller (Ret.) and Justice John M. Leventhal (Ret.) of the New York Supreme Court, 2nd Department, and Judge Richard J. Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (now on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit).

From 2008-2015, Mr. LeMaster served in the Army National Guard, and completed a one-year deployment to Afghanistan as an intelligence analyst supporting Special Operations Forces.

Mr. LeMaster is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Law Section (TELS), serves as a Vice Chair of the TELS Technology Committee, and is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
