Seth LeMaster is an associate at Greenfield Stein & Senior LLP, specializing in trusts and estates
litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. LeMaster was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he focused on international litigation and arbitration.
Mr. LeMaster graduated from New York Law School, summa cum laude, in 2019, and is admitted to practice law in New York. At New York Law School, he served as a staff editor for the New York Law School Law Review, and was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar. While in law school, Mr. LeMaster interned for Justice Robert J. Miller and Justice John M. Leventhal of the New York Supreme Court, 2nd Department, and Judge Richard J. Sullivan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (now on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit).
Prior to law school, Mr. LeMaster graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015 with a M.P.S. in homeland security, and from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010 with a B.S.E. in social studies education. From 2008-2015, Mr. LeMaster served in the Army National Guard, and completed a one-year deployment to Afghanistan as an intelligence analyst supporting Special Operations Forces.
Mr. LeMaster is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section, and the New York City Bar Association.
