John Guccione is an associate at Greenfield Stein & Senior, LLP, specializing in trusts and estates litigation.
Mr. Guccione graduated from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, in 2015, and was admitted to practice law in New York in 2016. At Brooklyn Law School, he served as a Note and Comments Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy, and was a recipient of the Greenfield Eisenberg Stein & Senior Endowed Scholarship, the Judge Moses M. Weinstein Endowed Scholarship, Carswell Scholarship, Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and Academic Achievement Scholarship. While at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Guccione interned for the Hon. Robert J. Gigante of the Richmond County Surrogate’s Court. Prior to law school, Mr. Guccione graduated cum laude from SUNY College at Geneseo in 2010 with a B.A. in history.
Mr. Guccione is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section, the New York City Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
