Harvey E. Corn is a partner at Greenfield Stein & Senior, LLP, specializing in trusts and estates litigation and guardianships. His practice area includes will contests, contested accountings, will construction proceedings, and kinship proceedings. He has also been involved in Article 81 Guardianship Proceedings as a Court Evaluator and as counsel.

Mr. Corn graduated from Cornell University School of Law in 1973, and was admitted to practice law in New York in 1974. He is also admitted to practice in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Greenfield Stein & Senior, Mr. Corn served as the Principal Law Clerk to Surrogate Marie M. Lambert of New York County. While there he wrote drafts of decisions, served as a Referee, and participated in one of the largest probate contests ever conducted in the Estate of J. Seward Johnson.

Mr. Corn has been a frequent lecturer on Surrogate’s Court matters at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the New York State Bar Association. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Trusts and Estates law at Cardozo Law School and as a Commentator for Court TV on trusts and estates cases involving the Estates of Martin Luther King, Jerry Garcia and Charles Kuralt. Mr. Corn is the author of several articles on trusts and estates matters published in the New York Law Journal. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, and was selected to Super Lawyers for the years 2010 – 2018.
