Gina M. Ciorciari is an associate at Greenfield Stein & Senior. Ms. Ciorciari specializes in complex trusts and estates litigations, including probate contests, discovery proceedings, contested accountings and kinship matters. She has also been appointed to act as guardian ad litem to represent incapacitated individuals, minors, and unknown heirs in numerous Surrogate’s Court proceedings in various counties.

In 2020, Ms. Ciorciari second-chaired a three-day trial in the Surrogate’s Court of Westchester County that resulted in a decision denying a will to probate on the grounds of capacity and undue influence, which was upheld on appeal.
Ms. Ciorciari graduated from St. John’s University Law School in 2014 and was admitted to practice law in New York in 2015. Prior to law school, Ms. Ciorciari graduated from St. Francis College in 2011 summa cum laude.

While at St. John’s, Ms. Ciorciari interned for the Hon. Peter J. Kelly in the Queens County Surrogate’s Court and was an active of member of the Family Law Society. Prior to joining Greenfield Stein & Senior, Ms. Ciorciari was an associate at the Law Office of Donna Furey, where her practice was focused on estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and real estate.

Ms. Ciorciari is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Trusts & Estates Section, the New York City Bar, and the Queens County Women’s Bar Association. She has authored various articles, including, “Revoking an Irrevocable Trust Where Infants are Beneficially Interested” for the New York State Bar Association’s One on One General Practice Section Newsletter, and “Emergency Removal of an Errant Fiduciary” for the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Law Section Journal. Ms. Ciorciari has also lectured on trusts and estates law.
