Daniella Wittenberg is a partner at Greenfield Stein & Senior, LLP. Ms. Wittenberg’s practice focuses on the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in proceedings relating to estates and trusts. She has counseled and represented clients in a variety of Surrogate’s Court proceedings, including contested and uncontested probate proceedings, discovery proceedings, construction proceedings, contested accountings and proceedings to determine the validity of a trust amendment or decanting. In addition, Ms. Wittenberg has worked closely with clients’ matrimonial counsel to advise on trust matters as they arise in the divorce context.

Ms. Wittenberg graduated from Harvard Law School in 2009 and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She received her B.A. in history and psychology from Columbia University in 2006.

Prior to joining Greenfield Stein & Senior, Ms. Wittenberg was a Senior Associate in the Private Client Department of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where her practice focused on fiduciary litigation, estate planning and estate administration.

Ms. Wittenberg is a member of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
