Brooke Morris is an associate at Greenfield Stein & Senior, LLP, specializing in all forms of trusts and estates and fiduciary litigation – including contested probate and accounting proceedings, discovery proceedings, trust contests, and fiduciary removal proceedings – and has also been appointed as guardian ad litem to represent incapacitated individuals, minors, and unknown heirs in Surrogate’s Court proceedings. Ms. Morris’ experience is not limited to Surrogate’s Court, as she also represents clients in Supreme Court actions and before the Appellate Division.

Ms. Morris received her B.A., with honors, in 2016 from the University of Maryland, and graduated cum laude in 2019 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She was admitted to practice law in New York and Florida in 2020. She joined Greenfield Stein & Senior, LLP as a law clerk in 2019 and became an associate attorney upon her admittance to the New York Bar.

Ms. Morris is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section, for which she serves as First District Representative and Vice Chair of the Surrogate’s Court Committee. As part of the Surrogate’s Court Committee, Ms. Morris co-authored an article titled “Passing Your Proceeding To Surrogate’s Court: Touchdown or Penalty?” for the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Law Section Journal.
