Adam D. Solomon is an associate at Greenfield Stein & Senior, specializing in complex Trust and Estate litigation matters. His practice area includes will and trust contests, accounting proceedings, discovery proceedings, removal proceedings, fiduciary disputes, and other miscellaneous litigation in Surrogate’s Court. Mr. Solomon is a skilled litigator, representing and advising executors, trustees, and beneficiaries with respect to Surrogate’s Court proceedings, beneficial interests and disputes, and contested and uncontested administration matters with respect to Wills, Trusts, and Estates, as well as Article 81 Guardianship Proceedings in the Supreme Court.

Mr. Solomon also advises individuals in estate planning matters, including formulating estate plans and drafting various estate planning documents such as Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Gift Trusts and Special Needs Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies.

Mr. Solomon is an active member of the Trusts and Estates community, is a Co-Chair of the Practice and Ethics Committee of the New York State Bar Association, a member of the Estate Planning Council of Long Island, and a member of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the Nassau County Bar Association. Mr. Solomon is a frequent lecturer and author on current topics related to Trusts and Estates.

Prior to joining Greenfield Stein & Senior, Mr. Solomon managed the Trusts and Estates litigation department of a boutique Long Island elder law firm, and a Trusts and Estates associate at one of Long Island’s largest law firms where his practice focused on fiduciary litigation, estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Solomon received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, and his B.S. from Utica College of Syracuse University.
