Ashwani Prabhakar is currently an associate practicing in the Trusts and Estates Litigation Section of Greenfield, Stein & Senior, LLP. Prior to joining the firm he was Principal Law Clerk to Surrogate Margarita Lopez Torres of Kings County, New York. Before joining the Judge's chambers, Mr. Prabhakar was an attorney with the Civil Appeals and Law Reform Unit of The Legal Aid Society where he litigated complex civil cases on behalf of classes and individual clients. Before joining the Civil Appeals and Law Reform Unit, Mr. Prabhakar was an attorney with the Brooklyn Office for the Aging where he litigated on behalf of elderly residents of Brooklyn. Mr. Prabhakar is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School.
